Director
Bronwyn is a medical student at the Schulich School of Medicine at Western University in London, Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Medical Sciences Degree with an Honors Specialization in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences and a Western Scholar’s Designation at Western University in 2019.
Bronwyn has been heavily involved with providing inclusive sports opportunities through her extracurricular volunteer activities. Her experience includes teaching one-on-one swimming lessons to children with a range of physical and mental disabilities through Swimming With A Mission (S.W.A.M) in London from 2015 to the present. Since 2018, Bronwyn has also taken on a leadership role with S.W.A.M. as a member of its Executive Team. Bronwyn volunteered as a Youth Counsellor for Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario’s Game On Project from 2017 to 2019.
Bronwyn’s volunteer activities have made her keenly aware of the importance of programs that have been specifically designed to accommodate the particular requirements of special needs groups and to keep them engaged and moving.
Bronwyn is very excited to have the opportunity to share her experience and passion for supporting people with special needs as she works with the rest of the Fierce N Fit team to help expand the program.
